Social Media is a great way for artists to talk directly with their fans as I discussed in one of my earlier posts. The other night I noticed that Stefan from the Dave Matthews Band was answering questions from his fans on Twitter so I fired off a question (who would he most want to collaborate on a song with) to him and he answered and ReTweeted to all of fans (49,135 fans to be exact)! This was such a thrill to me!

True story: I was on Twitter one day and noticed that Simon Le Bon was asking for help in how to reset his Twitter password. I sent instructions. THAT was surreal.
